Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept most major health insurance carriers.

Are any services not covered by insurance?

Yes. Most aesthetic procedures (botox and microneedling) and IV hydration are not covered by insurance. These are cash-pay services. Exceptions would be botox treatments for medical conditions, such as migraines.

What is Botox?

Botox is actually a brand of botulinum toxin, a neurotoxin that blocks muscle contraction. With specialized training, Botox is injected into specific muscles (most commonly in the face) to prevent and correct fine lines and wrinkles. Revive uses various brands of botulinum toxins including; Botox, Xeomin, and Jeuveau. If you have a specific brand request, please discuss this when you schedule your appointment.

What is Microneedling?

Microneedling is a facial rejuvenation procedure that generates new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, more evenly toned skin. An FDA cleared, medical grade, electronic needling device is used to inject rejuvenating peptide gel into the dermis, triggering the body to create new collagen and elastin, via the release of cytokines, growth factors, prostaglandins, and enzymes. The overall results include the smoothing, and improvement of fine lines and wrinkles, loose skin, large pores, acne scars, stretch marks, and pigment issues. Best results can be seen over the course of 4-6 sessions spaced 6 weeks apart. It may take 7-10 days for the skin to fully heal after the procedure.

What IV Hydration Services do you provide?

IV hydration and nutrition with key vitamins, minerals, nutrients and electrolytes help you look and feel your best. There are 9 different IV formulations to choose from, specially prepared for specific needs and results.  All IV formulations are mixed in either a 500ml or 1 liter bag of saline and infused over approx. 1 hour.

Vitamins and minerals used may include: Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Calcium, B-Complex, B-12, Glutathione, Magnesium, MIC (3 amino acid blend), Zinc.

Anti-nausea, Anti-inflammatory, and Anti-acid medications are also available via IV.

What is the Muscle Up Intramuscular Injection Series?

The Muscle Up Intramuscular Injection Series was specifically designed with the athlete in mind. Whether you are a well-trained athlete or just entering into the world of fitness, the Muscle Up Series will provide the extra boost to push you forward. The star of this series is the branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) injection.  BCAAs are comprised of 3 essential amino acids. 1/3 of the body's muscle tissue is comprised of BCAA's, which can only be obtained through proper nutrition and supplementation. BCAA intramuscular injections 2 times a week for 4 weeks, will help promote muscle growth and strength, to help the body recover faster and accelerate through training plateaus.

What is the Fat Burner Intramuscular Injection Series?

The Fat Burner IM series, is a series of 8 intramuscular injections of Methionine, Inositol, and Choline (MIC), spread out over the course of 4-6 weeks, designed to help support the weight loss journey. MIC is a combination of lipotropic (fat burning) compounds that work to metabolize fat cells and assist in the elimination of stored fat deposits in the liver and body. This IM fat burner series does not replace the need for regular exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate sleep, but it will provide the extra edge to help burn fat more effectively.
